EVENT DESIGN + EXECUTION
This package is the highest level of event design support, providing detailed attention and care from start to finish. This is the ideal package for clients who want to handle the planning logistics, but hand over all the design and styling sourcing, pricing, and execution to a trusted creative partner.
This package is designed to handle it all; offering budget guidance, monthly design meetings, and meticulously crafted design decks.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION
This package starts one-month out from the client's event. This option is a great fit for those who have taken a hands-on approach in the planning process but seek professional assistance for the logistics and organization on the day of the event.

STYLING + COORDINATION
This package is perfect for those who want to take the lead in the planning process while benefiting from styling your wedding party and family, design expertise, "vibe" guidance, and support on the day-of.
Essentially I provide design inspiration, create the aesthetic, and coach the client through their own planning process while being present on the day-of to make sure your event is executed seamlessly.

THE DINNER PARTY
This is my favorite package! Ideal for 6-12 guests, you pick a theme and we'll bring it to life. This is perfect for reunions, 1 intentional night of a bachelorette trip, a goodbye/ welcoming party, birthday party, etc.

BACHELORETTE WEEKEND
This package is the only one that also includes the decor cost. This stress-free bachelorette weekend planning service is perfect for a busy maid-of-honor or someone who wants to focus on having a good time rather than orchestrating all the details.

Once you have received our custom proposal for your event, it's time to select the service that aligns with your vision and needs. Once this is received, we will send over a contract and link to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY DO PACKAGES SAY "STARTING AT" WHEN TALKING ABOUT PRICE?
Pricing starts with a base rate, as each wedding or event is uniquely tailored to your vision. The final cost is determined by the scope of services required, the complexity of onsite coordination, and the specific details of your venue and event day. This approach ensures your package is fully customized to meet your needs and create your perfect celebration.
DO I PAY IN FULL OR IS THERE AN OPTION FOR A PAYMENT PLAN?
To secure your event date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid, we can work with you to develop a custom payment plan that fits your needs or you always have the option to pay in full. All payments are due no later than 1 day before your event.
FOR WEDDING COORDINATION, WHAT DO YOU HANDLE DAY-OF?
Our role is to oversee your vendor team, maintain the event timeline, and assist with personal details throughout the day. This might include tasks like ensuring your dinner is at your seats as soon as you sit down, setting out small items like the guest book, making sure the bride walks out at just the right time, and ensuring the marriage license is signed and with the right person. We also assist with the overall event design execution by directing decor, rentals, and floral arrangements to the correct placement. However, we are not responsible for setting up or breaking down large decor rentals or ensuring these items go home with the right person. We also do not handle trash removal or tidying up the bridal or groom's suites. If you’d prefer not to delegate these tasks to family or friends, we can arrange for an additional coordinator, add on an additional hour of service, or recommend trusted setup and teardown teams.
