Hey! I'm Taylor Walling.

I have a passion for creating spaces to bring friends, families, and individuals together to feel welcomed, encouraged, and seen in a space that provides memorable experiences.
I have professional experience in event planning, administrative roles, and team management. Through these roles, I have l gained a unique perspective on the importance of resiliency, relations, and consistency in executing an event from start to finish.

Currently in my role at Vestals Catering, I help provide personalized and professional hospitality services. Before each event, I focus on cultivating strong client relationships, conducting thorough venue walkthroughs, and maintaining open communication with subcontractors to ensure all aspects are planned and executed. On the day of the event, I am dedicated to providing on-site support to event staff, showcasing adaptability to swiftly address any unforeseen challenges and guarantee a seamless and memorable experience for all involved.

On top of the various events I planned tailored to a collegiate audience, my own wedding is at the heart of the inspiration behind this business. I fell in love with the intentionality and intricacy involved in crafting a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and want others to have easy access to inspiration, emerging trends, and timeless ideas.Â

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management + Marketing from Abilene Christian University in 2023. Growing up, I spent my entire childhood in various corners of Texas. Now, I'm based in Boston, Massachusetts, overseeing all remote operations for the company. This includes managing social media, template sales, newsletters, and service planning packages.
